Leather seams
In order to provide leather with motifs, leather can be embroidered. But seams are an ornament in themselves if processed appropriately, and seams can be used to decorate leather with motifs.
Seams can divide leather into smaller pieces. This can be technically necessary in order to sensibly connect the seat surfaces of furniture or the sleeves of leather clothing with other sections.
To make use of leather cutting waste, smaller pieces of leather can be punched or cut into pieces and sewn to create larger patchwork areas. In this way, leather waste can be sensibly recycled.
