Bus seats
Bus seats made of leather
In some travel busses the head rests are made of leather. Most common is pigmented smooth leather. Pigmented leather is easy to clean and care. High-quality semi aniline leather is also used occasionally. These are, however, finer and softer, but have a lower lifetime because of the higher sensitivity and are not as easy to clean and care as the pigmented smooth leather. Body grease and contact areas suffer the most amount of wear on such leather and stains become more visible over time.
The typical wear on pigmented leather, which can be easily repaired.
The typical fat stains in hair contact areas on porous leather. Such leather also tends to fade.
