Nowadays, leather paper is understood to mean paper that either feels like leather or has a grain structure such as a leather skin surface. Leather paper is offered with crocodile embossing or lizard embossing. These papers are then offered as "leather paper with lizard embossing" or "croco leather paper".

The recommendations for the use of the leather paper are:

  • Coating paper for boxes and cases
  • Book Covers
  • Covers for folders
